Abstract:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) proposes to amend its regulations governing nonimmigrant religious workers as well as adjustment of status procedures for applicants in the 4th employment-based preference categories. The proposed changes include updating the time period that nonimmigrant religious workers are required to reside abroad and be physically present outside the United States between statutorily-limited periods of service to their communities in the United States. |
