Abstract:
On July 4, 2025, the President signed into law H.R.1, One Big Beautiful Bill Act, Public Law 119-21(HR- 1). HR-1 establishes specific fees for various immigration-related forms, benefits, statuses, petitions, applications, and requests administered by multiple government agencies. HR-1 provides that the Secretary of Homeland Security may increase certain fees. This rulemaking will propose to increase these fees. |
