Title: Great Lakes Pilotage Rates--2010 Annual Review and Adjustment 
Abstract: The Coast Guard is proposing to update the 2010 rates for pilotage on the Great Lakes to generate sufficient revenue to cover allowable expenses, target pilot compensation, and returns on investment. This rulemaking promotes the Coast Guard strategic goal of maritime safety.
