| Abstract: The Coast Guard is working towards harmonizing the regulations of vessels, both self-propelled and non self-propelled, carrying bulk liquid hazardous materials on international routes with the international regulations put forth by IMO. This effort is to help clarify the regulations in 46 CFR 153. This rulemaking would support the Coast Guard's strategic goal of maritime safety. | |
