Title: Traffic Separation Schemes: In the Approaches to Portland, ME; Boston, MA; to Narragansett Bay, RI and Buzzards Bay, MA; Cape Fear River, NC; and Chesapeake Bay, VA  
Abstract: With this final rule, the Coast Guard updates its regulations in 33 CFR part 167--Offshore Traffic Separation Schemes, by adding regulatory text, for existing traffic separation schemes in the Approaches to Portland, Maine; in the Approach to Boston, Massachusetts; in the Approaches to Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island and Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts; and in the Approaches to the Cape Fear River, North Carolina. In addition, the Coast Guard updates the existing regulations for the traffic separation scheme in the Approaches to Chesapeake Bay, Virginia to incorporate changes made in 2005 as a result of the Port Access Route Study recommendations and subsequent public comment.
