Title: ●Ballast Water Management Reporting and Recordkeeping 
Abstract: This rulemaking would propose to amend the ballast water management reporting and recordkeeping requirement in 33 CFR part 151, subparts C and D. Obtaining a more complete understanding of vessels' ballasting operations supports the Coast Guard's broad roles and responsibilities of maritime safety and maritime stewardship.
