The Coast Guard proposes regulations to comply with the Cruise Vessel Security and Safety Act of 2010 (CVSSA), which includes the requirement to issue implementing regulations. The proposed rule will clarify definitions, update existing regulations, and propose performance standards to comply with CVSSA. |
