Abstract:
Section 311 of the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2015 (Pub. L. 114-120, Feb. 8, 2016) directed the Coast Guard to issue regulations to make certificates of documentation for recreational vessels effective for a 5-year period. The Coast Guard is developing a proposal to comply with the directive. |
