Abstract:

The Coast Guard is reviewing the public input received in response to its January 2021 ANPRM on a possible new safety management system (SMS) for passenger and small passenger vessels. The Coast Guard had requested public comment on the scope, content, benefits, and costs of a possible SMS rulemaking.
