Abstract:
This rulemaking would align the Coast Guard's regulations with the changes made by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022, Public Law 117-81 to 46 U.S.C. 12105 that allows recreational vessel owners and operators to choose an effective period between 1 and 5 years for a certificate of documentation. |
