Title: DUKW Amphibious Passenger Vessel Requirements 
Abstract:

The Coast Guard would issue regulations required by section 11502(f) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (NDAA), Public Law 117-263 establishing additional safety requirements applicable to DUKW amphibious passenger vessels (as defined in section 11502(h)(2) of the Act). The proposed rule  would include the requirements and considerations from section 11502(b)-(e) of the NDAA within 46 CFR subchapter T and provide an opportunity for the public to comment.
