Abstract:
This rulemaking would modify the applicability of the TWIC Reader Requirements for certain facilities. Coast Guard is considering the removal of TWIC reader requirements for facilities that handle Certain Dangerous Cargoes in bulk and transfer such cargoes from or to a vessel. Coast Guard is also considering revisions to regulations related to risk groups. |
