Abstract:
This final rule amends the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations in title 19 of the Code of Federal Regulations, specifically 19 CFR 103.31(d), to update the mailing address and provide for the electronic submission by an email transmission of vessel manifest confidentiality certifications and to announce the launch of an automated vessel manifest confidentiality certification portal on the CBP website. |
