Title: Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA)--Extension of and Increase in Travel Promotion Fee 
Abstract:

This rule amended DHS's Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) DHS regulations to reflect provisions in the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 and the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2020. The rule extended the travel promotion fee to 2027 and increase the travel promotion fee from $10 to $17. As a result of these changes, the total cost of the ESTA application increased from $14 to $21.
