Title: ● Advanced Passenger Information for Bus  
Abstract:

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is proposing to require bus carriers to transmit advance electronic traveler information to CBP for any individual (passengers or crew) who is arriving in or departing from the United States on board a bus.  This rule would enhance security while facilitating legitimate travel on board buses that cross the U.S. border.
