Title: Amendment of Regulations for F and M Students in Flight Training and for Schools Certified by DHS To Enroll F and/or M Students in Flight Training 
Abstract: This regulation will ensure that, in the interest of national security, DHS provides efficient and effective oversight for flight training programs. This regulation will also reflect differences between flight programs and promote flight safety by expanding practical training opportunities for international flight students.
