Title: Data Changes to the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would incorporate system-related changes to SEVIS, including mandatory data elements to improve data collection and reporting. ICE has determined that the described changes to SEVIS are unnecessary, and no longer intends to move forward with this rule.
