Title: ●Imposition and Collection of Civil Penalties for Certain Immigration-Related Violations 
Abstract:

In conformance with Executive Order 14159, Protecting the American People Against Invasion, DHS and DOJ have revised their regulations to streamline the assessment and collection of certain immigration related fines and civil penalties. This rule is in line with the Administration’s efforts to enhance and streamline the collection procedures for civil fines, deter illegal immigration, and advance public safety and national security.
