Title: ●Increasing the Fee for Inadmissible Apprehensions as Established by the HR-1 Reconciliation Bill 
Abstract:

The proposed rule would increase the fee found at section 100017 of the HR-1 Reconciliation Bill (HR-1). Section 100017 of HR-1 currently levies a fee of $5,000 against inadmissible aliens who are apprehended between ports of entry into the United States.
