Title: Disaster Assistance; Federal Assistance to Individuals and Households 
Abstract:

Under the authority of section 408 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, the Federal Emergency Management Agency provides financial assistance to individuals and households after a Presidentially-declared major disaster or emergency.  This rule finalizes, current interim regulations that establish the requirements and procedures for the Individuals and Households Program.
