Title: Technical and Conforming Amendments Reflecting Reorganization and Update of Nomenclature 
Abstract: This technical and conforming amendment will update title 44 of the CFR to reflect the reorganization of certain FEMA components, and will update the nomenclature that has been changed as a result of this reorganization. Minor corrections in titles for certain programs and positions will also be updated.
