Abstract: In these final regulations, the Secretary amends the regulations governing programs administered under part A of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended, to clarify and strengthen current title I regulations in the areas of assessment, accountability, public school choice, and supplemental educational services.
