Title: ●Impact Aid Programs 
Abstract: The Secretary amends the regulations governing the Impact Aid Discretionary Construction Program. Through this program, the Department provides competitive grants for emergency repairs and modernization of school facilities to certain eligible local educational agencies that receive Impact Aid formula funds. The regulations amend a provision regarding the submission of applications for these Federal funds.
