| Title: Single State Accountability System | |
|
Abstract:
The Department will rescind the State Accountability System regulations that require each State to demonstrate that, beginning in the 2002-2003 school year, it has a single, statewide accountability system. We are taking this deregulatory action because the State Accountability System regulations in 34 CFR 200.12 have been superseded by the Every Student Succeeds Act. |
