Abstract:

The Department will modify 10 subsections of the existing regulations for title I, part C-Migrant Education Program (MEP): 34 CFR 200.81(a), 200.81(c), 200.81(f), 200.81(g), 200.81(h), 200.83, 200.87, 200.88, 200.89(b), and 200.89(c). The modifications are technical in nature- to update citation cross-references, and align to current terminology.
