Title: Impact Aid Program--Technical Corrections 
Abstract:

The Department intends to finalize a rule that makes technical corrections to its Impact Aid regulations to reflect changes to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended. The technical corrections will fix citations, typographical errors, and cross-references, and update the regulations to match statutory numbering changes. The Department is also considering amendments to better align the regulations with statutory authorities.
