Title: Rehabilitation Training 
Abstract: The Secretary amends 34 CFR 385.40 to remove the requirement that an applicant include members of minority groups on all project advisory committees. The regulations also add a requirement that an applicant include individuals who are knowledgeable about the special needs of individuals with disabilities from diverse groups, including minority groups.
