Title: Updating Regulations Relating to the Higher Education Act Title III and Title V Programs 
Abstract:

Titles III and V of the Higher Education Act of 1965, which primarily provide grants for minority-serving institutions, were amended in 2008 by the Higher Education Opportunity Act. The Department will amend the regulations concerning the programs authorized under titles III and V to align with these statutory changes.
