Title: Priority for Minority Science and Engineering Improvement Program  
Abstract:

The Minority Science and Engineering Improvement Program (MSEIP) is designed to effect long-range improvement in science and engineering education at eligible institutions. The Department has engaged successfully with other Federal agencies to provide high-quality research opportunities for eligible institutions’ faculty members. The Department will issue a priority enabling the Secretary to use this priority in MSEIP grant competitions.
