Abstract: Various provisions of the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) will be revised to increase efficiencies or because they are outdated. The Department plans to amend or rescind these regulations as needed in order to be consistent with current law and to reduce or eliminate unnecessary burdens and restrictions.
