Abstract:

This action proposes to rescind in its entirety regulations providing a list of what is required in applications for a presidential permit authorizing construction, connection, operation, and maintenance of facilities for transmission of electric energy at international boundaries. Among other things, this list includes timing requirements, application requirements, transfer restrictions, reporting requirements and NEPA requirements.
