Title: Compliance with Floodplain and Wetland Environmental Review Requirements 
Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) previously proposed to rescind certain regulations for compliance with floodplain and wetlands environmental review requirements at 10 CFR part 1022 and replace with new procedures outside of the CFR for environmental review of actions proposed in a floodplain or wetland to discharge its responsibilities under certain Executive Orders. DOE will respond to comments received in response to the NOPR and anticipates finalizing actions identified in the NOPR.
