Title: ●Revision to Methodology and Procedures for Life Cycle Cost Analyses for Federal Buildings 
Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) proposes to update its regulations regarding Methodology and Procedures for Life Cycle Cost Analyses to account for amendments in the underlying statutory authority.  These updates would align the regulations with statutory authority and would improve the accuracy of Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) leading to more cost-effective federal investments, increased public-private partnerships, reduced government costs, and greater progress toward national energy goals.
