Title: Facilities Design, Connections, and Maintenance Reliability Standards 
Abstract: The Commission approves three Reliability Standards concerning Facilities Design, Connections and Maintenance developed by North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC); directs the ERO to develop a modification to one of the three Reliability Standards; approves a regional difference for the Western Interconnection; accepts three new terms for the NERC Glossary of Terms; remands another proposed term; and directs the ERO to modify its proposed Violation Risk Factors. (Docket No. RM07-3-000).
