Abstract: The Commission proposed to amend its regulations prescribing standards for interstate natural gas pipeline business practices and electronic communications to incorporate by reference the consensus standards adopted by the Wholesale Gas Quadrant of the North American Energy Standards Board for (1) Index-Based Capacity Release and (2) Flexible Delivery and Receipt Points. (Docket No. RM96-1-030).
