Title: Five-Year Review of Oil Pipeline Pricing Index 
Abstract: The Commission invited comments for its five-year review of the oil pipeline pricing index established in "Revisions to Oil Pipeline Regulations Pursuant to the Energy Policy Act of 1992," Order No. 561, FERC Stats. & Regs. 30,985 (1993). After consideration of the submitted comments, the Commission has concluded that an index level of Producer Price Index for Finished Goods plus 2.65 percent (PPI-FG+2.65) should be established for the five-year period commencing July 1, 2011, (Docket No. RM10-25-000).
