Abstract: The Commission proposed to approve regional Reliability Standard IRO-006-WECC-1 (Qualified Transfer Path Unscheduled Flow Relief) submitted to the Commission for approval by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation. While the Commission proposed to approve the regional Reliability Standard as discussed in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IRO-006-WECC-1 raised some concerns about which the Commission requested additional information, (RM09-19-000).
