Title: Revisions to Page 700 of FERC Form No. 6 
Abstract:

The Commission modified page 700 of FERC Form No. 6 (Form 6) to facilitate the calculation of an oil pipeline's actual return on equity for preliminary screening purposes. The Commission will expand the information provided regarding Rate Base (line 5), Rate of Return (line 6), Return on Rate Base (line 7), and Income Tax Allowance (line 8). The Commission also released an update to the electronic filing software for the FERC Form No. 6 on March 14, 2014. The update incorporated the changes to page 700 approved in Order No. 783. Pipelines must use the updated version of the Form No. 6 software when filing their annual report for reporting year 2013 and beyond. The annual Form No. 6 filings for 2013 were due on April 18, 2014 (Docket No. RM12-18-000).
