Abstract:
The Commission approved Reliability Standard PRC-002-2 (Disturbance Monitoring and Reporting Requirements) submitted by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation. The purpose of Reliability Standard PRC-002-2 is to have adequate data available to facilitate analysis of bulk electric system disturbances (Docket No. RM15-4-000).
