Title: Standards for Business Practices of Interstate Natural Gas Pipelines; Coordination of the Scheduling Processes of Interstate Natural Gas Pipelines and Public Utilities
Abstract:

In Order No. 587W, the Commission amended its regulations to incorporate by reference the latest version (Version 3.0) of seven business practice standards applicable to interstate natural gas pipelines adopted by the Wholesale Gas Quadrant of the North American Energy Standards Board. Among other matters in that order, the Commission revised the information filed in interstate natural gas pipelines’ Index of Customers to reflect the use of the pipelines’ proprietary point codes, and made conforming changes in other posting regulations. In Order No. 587-X, the Commission granted rehearing and corrected its regulation regarding the use of point codes in postings of interruptible transportation (Docket No. RM96-1-039).
