The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission amended its regulations governing applications for permits to site electric transmission facilities under the Federal Power Act, as amended by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021, and amended its National Environmental Policy Act procedures (Docket No. RM22-7-000). This rule was previously reported as 1902-AG08.
