Abstract:
This action rescinds certain unnecessary regulatory provisions related to handicapped accessibility for new construction of facilities constructed by, on behalf of, or for the use of a recipient of federal financial assistance. The action also rescinds a similar unnecessary requirement for altered facilities. |
