Title: Test Procedures for Commercial Air Conditioning Equipment 
Abstract: The Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended, establishes energy conservation standards for commercial air conditioning equipment, prescribes test procedures, and requires labeling for such equipment. This action would codify the energy conservation standards and test procedures established in the EPCA for commercial air conditioning equipment. This action will also incorporate by reference energy conservation standards and test procedures, revised by the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute or by the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ARI/ASHRAE).
