| Abstract: The Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 directs the Secretary of Energy to establish a program for making grants to motor fuel dealers and other entities for the installation, replacement, or conversion of motor fuel storage and dispensing infrastructure to be used exclusively to store and dispense renewable fuels. This rulemaking will establish requirements and procedures for grant recipients under the program. | |
