Title: ●Energy Conservation Program for Consumer Products: Test Procedure for Fluorescent Lamp Ballasts 
Abstract: As required by the Energy Policy and Conservation Act as amended by National Appliance Energy Conservation Amendments of 1987, DOE is reviewing and updating energy conservation standards to reflect technological advances. All energy efficiency standards must be technologically feasible and economically justified. DOE is considering amending the existing test procedure for fluorescent lamp ballasts in support of the ongoing energy conservation standard rulemaking.
