Title: Test Procedures for Residential Dishwashers, Dehumidifiers, and Conventional Cooking Products--Standby and Off Mode 
Abstract: Section 310 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 amends the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to require the test procedure for dishwashers, ranges and ovens, and dehumidifiers to be amended to include standby mode and off mode energy consumption.
