Title: Corrected Citations for Standards Incorporated by Reference for Certain Consumer Products
Abstract: DOE is publishing this technical amendment to correct citations in the Code of Federal Regulations for certain consumer products for all standards incorporated by reference (IBR), as directed by the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 final rule and technical amendment which published on March 23, 2009. In that final rulemaking, DOE restructured its centralized IBR section by removing section 430.22, created a new centralized IBR section 430.3 and created a section 430.4 for informational or guidance documents. This document amends part 430 to correct internal cross references for all incorporations by references to section 430.22 to make them point to the new section 430.3 and also corrects all internal cross references for informational or guidance material to section 430.4.
