Title: Determination Regarding Energy Efficiency Standard for Buildings, ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1-2004 
Abstract: DOE must determine whether the 2007 edition of the Energy Standard for Buildings, Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings, American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) Standard 90.1-2007, would achieve greater energy efficiency in buildings subject to the code, than Standard 90.1-2004 of the 2004 edition.
