Title: Energy Conservation Standards for High-Intensity Discharge Lamps 
Abstract:

EPCA requires the Secretary to determine whether creating statutory energy conservation standards for high-intensity discharge (HID) lamps is technically feasible and economically justified. If justified the Secretary will issue new energy conservation standards.
