Title: Test Procedures for High-Intensity Discharge Lamps 
Abstract: EPACT 1992 required DOE to publish a determination whether to establish energy conservation standards for high-intensity discharge lamps. This determination was positive and was published on July 1, 2010 (75 FR 37975). As a result of this positive determination, DOE is required to develop a test procedure within 30 months of this determination (by December 31, 2012).
